Do you want to cut the junk?

There are some simple steps you can take to reduce the amount of junk mail, unsolicited telephone calls and email you receive:

To reduce unsolicited telephone calls (or text messages on your mobile) you can register with the Telephone Preference Service at www.tpsonline.org.uk or by telephoning 0845 070 0707.

If you would like to stop unwanted junk mail being sent to someone who has died you can register the details with The Bereavement Register by using their 24 hour registration line 0800 082 1230.  Alternatively you can contact them by calling 01732 467940 or by emailing: help@the-bereavement-register.com.  Further information abut the service can be found on their website www.thebereavementregister.org.uk.
